Become a savvy first time home buyer! Ballard classes starting February 8th.
I bought my own Ballard home in 2004 before I became a Realtor. Since it was (and still is) the biggest purchase I’d ever made I wanted to become familiar with whole process before I even started looking for a home. Definitely wise to spend more time educating yourself on how to buy a Seattle home than some people do researching their next big screen TV.

Savvy buyer!
If you haven’t bought a home before, the whole process can be a little overwhelming, intimidating and confusing. The more time you spend educating yourself in advance, the greater your control over the whole process and your ability to make informed decisions. Don’t leave big decisions up to your Realtor and mortgage broker! Buying a home is not for every body but if you are considering it, then educate yourself!
