I have attempted to describe myself without blowing my own trumpet:

Name: Conor MacEvilly.
Born: Cork City, Ireland.
After college moved to London initially for 3 months, 7 years later left with a PhD in Biochemistry.
Moved to the US in 1993 and Seattle in 2001.

Previous career: Biochemist. Failed to cure all major (and minor) diseases.

Why Seattle?....chased science jobs from California, through Oregon and up to Washington. And that's one reason why I'm not in science anymore! I am definitely staying put in Seattle. It's a beautiful place to live!

Why become a seattle real estate agent?....I get to meet someone different most days, escape my prior cubicle life, whiz around the Puget Sound each day and get to work for myself. But most of all because I just like houses and Seattle has a great mixture of different styles. Also own a couple of rental properties but I'm no land baron (wouldn't say no though).

My real estate philosophy: treat my clients the same way I would like to be treated if I were the one buying or selling a home. I will provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions. However, those decisions should always be your's to make, not mine. If you decide not to buy or not to sell based on that information, that's absolutely fine by me.
