Welcome to your guide to the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Seattle and Capitol Hill real estate where you can search for Capitol Hill houses, Capitol Hill condos and Capitol Hill townhomes on an easy to use interactive map.

In a city of many excellent neighborhoods, vibrant Capitol Hill stands out as one of the Seattle’s best. It has both streets lined with beautiful mansions and streets lined with more modest rental apartments, spontaneous street parties (see Obama election night), is the center of the LGBT life in Seattle, is riddled with many bars, coffee houses and restaurants, excellent Volunteer Park (home to the Asian Art Museum), classic Seattle residential architecture, people with lots of money and people with not so much, successful artists and struggling artists, political fanatics and the politically jaded, and more people wearing black clothes than a Head-n-shoulders shampoo commercial. Capital Hill does feel like it has a higher density of humanity and interesting characters which makes it stand out from other Seattle neighborhoods.
